Ornaments are plastic and while they are durable still need to be handled with care. I am not responsible for mishandling or misuse of your ornaments.

Please keep in mind that colors may very slightly due to different screens/monitors.

Due to ornaments being personalized there are NO returns or refunds. Cancellations will only be granted if made on the same day as placing your order.

Ornaments have a 3-5 day processing time.This does not include holidays or shipping time. Please be sure the shipping address provided is correct as I am not responsible for lost or missing packages due to an incorrect address.
